Moniquea Marion is a Toronto based actor, comedian, and writer specializing in solo sketch and character comedy. She's written and performed shows for the Toronto Fringe Festival, The Edmonton Fringe Festival, the Toronto Sketch Festival, and the Montreal Sketch Festival.
Marion is a content juggernaut creating things for your eyes and ears. In 2016 she underwent an intense character project where she produced a new character video for every day of the year, yielding 365 character videos for her YouTube channel, Moniquea Marion 365. In addition she's releasing a brand new webseries this fall, Fuel Up, which is a food and travel show shot on a motorcycle. Stay tuned for trailer and episode links!
On top of that, Marion is the voice and producer behind the podcast, Fuck Yes! A podcast that talks to cool people about their art and saying yes.
Marion is an award winning filmmaker for her co-production of the all female short comedy, Mom Jail, and a Toronto Arts Council recipient for Endless Procession, a female driven drama shot in Ireland.
In 2014 & 2015 Marion was a nominee for Best Female Improviser by NOW Magazine. She was also a contender for Second City's Next Comedy Legend and a 2010 CBC Laugh Out Loud winner.
Marion is a graduate of the Upright Citizen's Brigade Theatre in NYC and the Second City Conservatory in Toronto.
